For the safety and convenience of all our guests, transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Shuttles will depart promptly at 3:30 PM from The Hythe Hotel (715 W Lionshead Circle, Vail). Return shuttles will begin running at 9:00 PM and will continue looping until 11:00 PM. We kindly ask that guests do not drive to the venue, as parking is extremely limited and we are providing shuttle service for your ease. If you are not staying at The Hythe, we encourage you to use Vail’s free in-town transportation or arrange an Uber/Lyft to arrive at The Hythe in time to catch the shuttle to the venue.

While we love and cherish all the little ones in our lives, we have chosen to include only the children of our immediate family in our celebration. Thank you for understanding!

Our wedding celebrations will be taking place at the beautiful Camp Hale. Our ceremony will take place on the wedding island, a short trail walk from the parking lot. Our reception will take place in the enclosed + heated tent. Please plan accordingly for the short walk to the ceremony area, as well as colder temperatures in the evening.

There will likely be no cell phone service during the ceremony and reception. The main building onsite, directly adjacent to the reception tent, does have WiFi available for communications
